Figma 214 Kantai Collection Shimakaze review

The first figma that i purchased using pre-order method (=w=)/ based on a character from Kantai Collection by Kadokawa, the popular online browser game which later got an Anime adaptation

I forgot about the exact price,but it was around 600.000 to 700.000 IDR.. Anyway, lets take a look

Kantai Collection/Kancolle are known for their girl modified world war japanese ship (later they added more foreign ship), and Shimakaze was based on the original Destroyer type ship "Shimakaze"

Newer box background design was pretty plain compared to the older figma series.
Well,all of the figma image preview on the box was still on the same position as before.

Move to the figure

Shimakaze Figma come with an action stand, some exchangeable hand part, three face (surprised,grinning,staring) part, and three Rensouhou-chan, a cute rabbit-like turret which based on her original world war historical three "twin 12.7 cm naval gun turret"

As usual, Figma give an epic sculpting on their figure (even the small anchor on her hair was detailed)

Most of her clothes are make from rubber, which make you can (ahem) easily adjust her skirt for posing.

"There's nobody that can keep up with me, you know!"

She is the fastest Destroyer during her era,but she is the only model of her ship class.. you would often find some joke regarding her speed and being lonely on network (~=3=)~

She was equipped with four Quint Oxygen Torpedo (or Five Tube Oxygen Torpedo) launcher on her back that can be unequipped if you want to make a non combat pose.

It was hard to stand properly without her action stand because of her shoes

Also,her surprised expression was very cute \(=w=)

/ it was supposed to be her expression when her clothes was torn off when she receive some damage on the game, but it was still cute for some pose.

next, the "Rensouhou-chan"

Shimakaze called her turret like that if you hear her voice line on the game

they come with an arranged Big-Medium-Small size.. the biggest Rensouhou have a life preserver with a "ZeKaMaShi" hiragana written on them. with an articulation on the head,turret,hand,and leg.

For the medium and small Rensouhou,they only have a rotateable head articulation.

They doesn't speak either on the Game or Anime, but these turret are really something!

She is one of the reason why i played Kancolle, so i was really jumped when this figure goes on sale (>w<)/  and without any doubt, spend my budget to join the Pre-Order.
